Create a new process with the given flags and argument list.

The argument list is expected to be NULL-terminated.

Parameters

argv string[]: commandline arguments for the subprocess
flags GSubprocessFlags: flags that define the behaviour of the subprocess

Return Value

A newly created gio.Subprocess, or NULL on error (and error will be set)

Throws

GException on failure. ConstructionException GTK+ fails to create the object.
